This would be for a Fujin SL recumbent with a rather short rack. I have been searching for ages and thought I was on to a winner with https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/luggage/car ... -12-litre/ but see q's and a's. Apparently Carradice measure the internal dimensions - now where is the sense in that?
