cheap wheel for the trainer - 12mmX142 through axle skewers
Hey All,
I am rather new to the workshop side of cycling. Learning a lot here and starting to self-maintain my bikes. So please, Be kind
I recently purchased a new carbon road bike with disc brakes. The frame takes a 12mmX142 through axle skewers.
To use my bike on a turbo trainer, I would like to get an extra cheap rear wheel to use with the trainer tyre and quickly swoop the wheel for when I want to go on the road.
Now, I am struggling to find a rear wheel that takes a 12mmX142 through axle disk brake compatible for a decent price.
My question is: what options I have? Is there a converter I can use to convert the standard quick release or a hub converter?
The bike comes with this set of wheel, hence the need to get a cheap wheel for the trainer https://shop.mavic.com/en-gb/cosmic-pro-carbon-disc-rr0825.html
Thank you all

I did ask them, and they have nothing available. They do have wheel building service. Asked them if they can build me one.0 -
