Any rack bags less than 27cm long, 28cm at a pinch?

For a Fujin SL recumbent with a rather short rack. I have been searching for ages and thought I was on to a winner with https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/luggage/car ... -12-litre/ but see q's and a's. Apparently Carradice measure the internal dimensions - now where is the sense in that?

You might struggle. Vaude Silkroad small is 29cm long (but only 4l capacity).

Quite a few of the Topeak ones are fairly short but I believe most are only compatible with their specific type of rack.
