Waterproof(ish) jacket

I'm looking for a jacket that keeps the worst of the wet weather out - don't expect super-breathable gore tex for the price I'm willing to pay. I don't want to spend loads because there are other bits of kit I'd rather be spending my money on. Just after something that stops me getting absolutely drenched in sudden downpour, ideally stuffable into back pocket and £30-40. Thanks!
