Cannondale Frameset Identification

Looking to identify the Cannondale frameset below.
Badged up as Optimo - I was originally told it was a CAAD7 but I suspect it may be an earlier model than that - the nearest I can see on Google pics appears to be the R3000 but there are no stickers to indicate that this might be the case.
I know that there are plenty of Cannondale fans on here, so it would be great if somebody can ID the frameset model (which I intend to sell - TT 55cm).

As far as I can tell optimo started with tne caad7's ...
Re. the Rxxx coding, this related to the build model, not the frame so makes no difference ...
