Cannondale Frameset Identification

Looking to identify the Cannondale frameset below.
Badged up as Optimo - I was originally told it was a CAAD7 but I suspect it may be an earlier model than that - the nearest I can see on Google pics appears to be the R3000 but there are no stickers to indicate that this might be the case.
I know that there are plenty of Cannondale fans on here, so it would be great if somebody can ID the frameset model (which I intend to sell - TT 55cm).

If you google caad7 optimo you find a pic of the frame ... the fork is not colour matched like yours but it's the same frame ...
As far as I can tell optimo started with tne caad7's ...
Re. the Rxxx coding, this related to the build model, not the frame so makes no difference ...Life is unfair, kill yourself or get over it.0
