Question regarding Canyon Aeroad

My buddy has a 2015 Canyon Aeroad and is looking to change the existing bar and stem for a better fit. Does the 2015 Aeroad come with the same oversized headset as the current Aeroad? Is the diameter similar to the Giant Oversteer 2? If so, I assume Giant stems will work?
