Hello everyone,
This is my first post so excuse me if I'm doing something wrong...
First of all I live in Spain and I am looking for a new mountainbike for around 650€ I don't do very hardcore stuff, I use it to get to my bus everyday that'd like 2 km everyday, it's through the mountains over gravel and some trails, that's why I need an mountainbike, I also like to go around riding around through mountains with my friends, one of them rides a trek x caliber 9 and the other one an double suspension specialized, I don't know exactly what model, well I don't have that much money to spend I'm looking for a new bike preferably a hard tail for around 600-650€, there are 2 bikes I have seen that I liked a lot, these where:
Trek marlin 7 2017 http://www.trekbikes.com/es/es_ES/bicic ... 1600-2017/
And the specialized rockhopper sport 2017 https://www.specialized.com/es/es/men/b ... -29/115500
I like the fork on the marlin 7 better, but is it worth the 50€ extra? I'm open to any suggestions also from other bike manufracturers , thanks in advance everyone

Seconded, the XCM fork on the Spesh you would expect to see (and do see) on bikes at about half that price, it's a disgrace on a bike at this price point.
The Rockrider 560 offers the same fork but slightly better components elsewhere for a similar price.
