    Ciao

Hitting the books for some work stuff whilst trying to keep eyes open as this time of morning is not too conducive to me actually learning anything.......

Bambini are off out for a couple of hours in a bit, so a quick 1 1/2 hour ride planned then some more studying.

It's the end of the year as we know it......
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

Fed up of these short days and riding in the dark.
In the office again today, we have twice the number of staff we had yesterday so it shouldn't be too manic at least. Going to join the wife for lunch in Twinkleham later.

Clearly there are some people who may need to take an eye test to continue driving.

Later is a 8 hour mince.

  • Funeral at 1.30 today so in work for a few hours then off on the motorway.

Christmas is pretty much done, just need to make a detour during a rather convenient site visit to get some bits. I'm still maintaining my advent run, 20 days in to December and 20 presents for MrsHD.

    Morning,

Was going to say its quiet today but one of the teams has done secret santa and a buffet today so its very noisy and likely drunk people later to go with it. Bit peeved, they get a paid for buffet we got a tub of heros and celebrations but meh.
Spot of festive chaos at lunch short notice gift (booze) and collecting some others though one place borked up the order so its turning up Thursday which is annoying.
Anyway, Onward and work. Wrapping gifts later though.

**Edit, secret santa gift sorted, wrapped in gaffer tape!

Long-ish day but with a moderately alcoholic lunch chucked in. Probably should have checked my phone at lunch when my treasury lot needed a big payment authorising - whoops.

Out tonight for curry and beer so carrying where I left off.
