2009 Stumpjumper bar & stem upgrade

I'm considering upgrading my 640mm bars and 90mm stem on my 2009 FSR Stumpjumper Elite. I'm thinking about minimum 750mm alloy bars and maybe 50-70mm stem. Any recommendations?

    Genuine Spez stems are only £20. Bars I got Full On Fun from Chain Reaction for £20. Can spend as much as you want.
