Di2 update question

I have down loaded e tube project for the di2.its completed a firm ware update on the kit ... what is the update exactly as was no info on this when it was updated?
Also when checking the charge indicator by holding in 2 of the buttons on a shifter it brings up a solid green light indicating that it's fully charged. (right shifter rear mech) but when I do the left it brings up a green and red light ??? Anyone know what this means?

When i die I just hope the wife doesn't sell my stuff for what I told her I paid for it other wise someone will be getting a mega deal!!!
