New user with tacx neo,ex wahoo kickr user,my question is I can't seem to have
Any resistance on my neo when riding on the flat or up hill it just seems to stay the same.
With my kickr you could feel it kick in.
What am I doing wrong? Also the app on the neo what is the settings recommended and will it
Kick in on the neo when connected to zwift hope this makes sense thanks in advanced

You're using it with Zwift? First of all have you connected it as a Controllable Trainer? Secondly once you've done that sucessfully, go into the settings (Menu at bottom left, then settings) and make sure 'Trainer Difficulty' is not all the way to the left.0

Go back and check it's paired as Controllable Trainer, or unpair and repair it.0 -
that narrows it down .... Zwift thinks its not a controllable trainer
what are you selecting when you first log in to the game ... you deffo have Neo as a controllable trainer, not just as a power meter source0 -
