Groupset / Component Selling Advice

I've bought a 2016 Supersix Evo Tiagra for the (warrantied) frame which I intend to build up with SRAM Red eTap as my new summer bike. Consequently I have all the other parts of the bike to sell.

Should I:

A) Buy a used Cannondale frame (CAAD 8 or Alu Synapse) and build up and sell with all of the new parts
B) Sell all components separately

I've already got a winter bike myself so no need to build one to keep.

    Sell components separately. I always get good money when I do that, especially for "as new stuff" ie the bits of a new bike that aren't the spec I want before I've used it. Whole bikes tend to need a bigger discount from the new price to sell.
    You run the risk of not being able to sell certain bits but for a Tiagra groupset you should be good.
