I just want some more rolling terrain like the esses on Watopia .... the tunnel bores the bezeesus out of me at times, never get bored of sticking it in a big gear and hammering the esses and just getting out the saddle for 3 seconds to blast the crests of the mini hills

I know what you mean, I find the mountain route sometimes just too long of a drag to contemplate, but the likes of the original KOM is a nice distance for a climb, a route where you had to do that sort of climb a few times as was as undulating terrain would be ideal.

I'd thought that they could combine elements of Flanders / Liege Bastogne Liege / Roubaix / San Remo to make a really interesting "Monuments" course.

A bit like the full Richmond lap but with more hills and some European countryside scenery.

Anyone tried it on an iPad3 or iPad mini ? I know they're old - but I've not got the money for new IT kit as well right now ...
hoping to get my wife hooked up to zwift after Christmas - lent her my stagesPM - I know that talks to my iPad3. Got two turbos (well - 3 - I'm selling one of them) - one isn't smart in the slightest and the other is the new BKool smart go that I'll probably predominantly use. So thinking a basic turbo (for now) with PM and speed sensor should sort her out on Zwift fairly easily.
I've got an older Macbook to run it on - would just like a few options!

I use an iPad mini 3.

Excellent - runs really well with no issues and connects and controls my trainer nicely over Bluetooth.

Have to say it's great that for once something just works. Massive credit to Zwift.
  • It won't work on iPad Mini 1 (iPad Mini 2 or newer) or iPad3 (iPad Air 1 or newer). Sorry.

Has anyone else found that rides uploaded to Strava no longer have a photo from the ride automatically attached? Always did it before but seems to have stopped since I switched to the iOS app.

However how do you type unlock codes for kit etc in the iPad app?

Yup. Didn't work on my ipad3 or the wife's mini (1).
    Works on the phones though.

Oh well - we'all stick to laptop and phone for now and think about tablet/laptop later.

the iPad version is amazing though and makes things so much easier. Honestly if you try it you will never want to go back to the laptop again.
