Tacx Neo users.... can you confirm something to me?

Hi,
Can I just check something with any owners of a Neo?
When plugged in, am I right that I should see:
- a blue LED on the power brick lit up
- the lights on the left side of the unit lit up (at least 1 of them, possibly not all depending on what's connected)
I am seeing the LED light under the unit when pedalling, but having all sorts of trouble maintaining a connection for both updating and riding (gave it a go on Zwift last night) and even the Tacx Utility android app is dropping the connection routinely.
I've checked the fuse in the plug by powering a different appliance through it (i.e. plugging the mains plug into a different brick) and that is fine, but obviously I can't check the brick itself on anything else as the output numbers are a bit unusual!

Blue light on the Brick.
Red lights on the back left of the (if riding) unit beside the Neo logo.0 -
Hi thanks - I've worked out that there is a problem with brick and just swapping it out with the retailer now.
