Reverb stealth twisted hose

The hose is twisted in such a way that it is touching my bars and marking then relatively badly. Is there a way to rotate the hose at either end to stop this happening. The hose is internally route. And I have tried taking the clamp off at the bar but it won't sort it. The cable is just a touch too long but can't see that causing it.

Thanks

Shortening the hose on the stealth is a trivial exercise and might solve your issues, even if you only need to take an inch or so off it. Only done it once, mind you, but it was a simple unscrewn, snip with sharp stanley knife and reconnection.

I did manage to lose some fluid, but topping that up was equally trivial.

Definitely not something to be fearful of.

Or just loosen the locknut slightly to allow the hose to twist and find a better 'lie'.
