Yet another iOS/Zwift thread

Hi sorry if this has already been asked but having read through a few threads I'm still not sure on a couple things.
So I have a iPad Air2 which I'll be looking to run Zwift on coupled with a Tacx Vortex smart trainer.
My questions are:
1) Will the trainer and Zwift app just link up and I'm away or do I need anything extra to make it work?
2) If I wanted to run it on a TV linked to my iPad what would I need to get?
I'd like to get anything I need before the app is released so I can get straight onto it.
Thanks in advance, Pedro.

Yes, the iPad will connect to the trainer via bluetooth

The Apple HDMI dongle should work. You might want to look into getting a heart rate monitor, has to be bluetooth compatible like the Wahoo Tickr.0 -
Appreciate the quick response Mark thank you.0

Glad I'm not the only one waiting for this to appear on the App Store.0

No think it will be epic when it does as it's going to take indoor turbo sessions to a new simple level. Could really get the casual into it all.0
