Windproof Cycling Glasses

Cut a long story short. I had an eye Operation (Ocular Hypertension) and now need eye drops daily.. I use wrap around glasses, but the cold air at this time of year is still getting in and causing a lot of pain.. I've seen Goggles! and Windproof Glasses that seal most of the air out.. Has anyone had any experience? Will they just steam up? There must be thousands of cyclists with dry eye, what do you use?
Thanks

Not sure if it's the wrong answer but I get absolutly no draft at all in my eyes using the glasses I have.

I use HycoSan eyedrops when I cycle as my eyes get very dry (while I wear lenses behind cycling glasses). It's quite pricey but a bottle lasts for months quite safely.0

I suffer from dry eye syndrome (MG dysfunction) and tried several pairs from rxsports settled on Oakley wind jackets, built up and custom moulded the wind proofing sleeves with sugru and they work a treat.
Rxsprts are great very helpful and you can get pairs sent to try.0 -
