winter clothing for road bike

Hello,

I'm planning to buy winter jersey, bib tight and gloves. My bike is black-red Specialized Roubaix. So, first I looked for Specialized clothings. I found these:

I didn't decide gloves. Any advice?

Are they good enough for winter cycling? I live in Istanbul. Current temperature is 7-8C. Usually above 0C.

Also I'm planning to buy a pump. What about that?

    Is the jersey windproof? If not, what about a gilet or something that stops the wind chill from descending.

    Yes. It is windproof.
