Well ive been after a giant trance for some time, they always seem to get great reviews. so this is my new Baby. just waiting for the pedals and helitape :)pic2_zpsejgsujy8.jpg

    Snap :) are you not using any mud fenders for the bike ? also any advise on upgrades to tart up the bike ???? :)

    I don't bother with any fenders in the summer but for the winter I have fitted a Mucky Nutz Face Fender XL and a Butt Fender.

    I changed the tyres to Nobby Nic Evo Snakeskin (2.35" Trail Star front and 2.25" Pace Star rear) and went tubeless. I also swapped the bars for 760mm ones as the original ones felt too narrow for me.
    Brakes have been changed to XT M8000 and shifters to XT M780.

    All the changes were done as part of the deal when I bought the bike in September.

    I've done about 550 miles on it so far and it has been faultless.
