Merida scultra vs polygon helios

I want to buy a road bike
It's for racing purpose
And I confused with these two brands
I want to which is better of these two
Merida is priced high than polygon but I don't know much about polygon
So please guide to buy a better bike

    Merida build frames for a lot of other manufacturers including Specialized and that Helios carbon frame looks like a rip off of the Scultura frame. I have 2 Merida road bikes and they're both excellent build quality as far as frame construction goes, the winter bike being aluminium and the summer bike being carbon fibre.

    How many more 'which bike is best' threads do you intend on posting before you realise you are getting the same answers each time?
