Hi all , looking at a set of red power 26" wheels secondhand . The wheels don't have the straight pull spokes or hubs that I see on most sets , just wondered if anyone had seen them before or had any info as cant find anything on google only a set for sale in Italy and has very limited info . Thanks

Those look like the same hubs that came on the Fulcrum Red Metal 10s (Red Metal basically being what Red Power were called previously). Bottom-end stuff, but functional for the right price. I'd guess the wheels are maybe an OEM pair using cheaper parts than the after-market ones sharing the same name.0

Other than the 2:1 spoke pattern the hubs could be from almost any of the lower end manufacturers (Joytech, Quando or Formula for example).
Look very similar to my Sons Red Metal 5's which are also conventional J spoke.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0 -
They do look just like my Red Metal 5s, although mine have bladed spokes. They have been excellent wheels, still going strongafter about 6 years of hard use, which is a good thing as the cost of spares like freehubs etc(if you can even find them) make them essentially disposable wheels. Mine were on sale and I've more than had my money's worth.I don't do smileys.

Thanks for the replys . Was thinking they may of been oem but wasn't sure. Hubs have sealed bearing and have seen very little use.£50 is a decent price I'm hoping0
