Cannondale vs specialized vs giant

It's road bike for racing
And my budget is below 1000$

    Try them all for yourself and then decide. They will all be good.

    Go to several bike shops, see which you like the look of best. Tell them what you want and see what they suggest. Get them to sit you on a few; you'll soon find out what fits and what feels comfy.

    Shimano, Campagnolo and SRAM shifters all work in slightly different ways; try them all if possible and see which you prefer.

    It would be hard to buy a bad alu framed 11 speed race bike with that budget to be honest. The best bike is the one that fits you well and that you like the look of.
