hmm, seems it is raining, to come there will be more rain, some rain, and a bit of rain, followed by rain, then it will rain
cafe, office, shopping, the cycle of life

Monday, wet, grey and a pile of work awaits. It can only get better from here.
At least the ribs are on the mend which is just as bloody well as I've been talked into a pre Christmas downhill trip."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0 -
Morning, crisp and bright but -4 here. Hound brought up his food yesterday at about mid day so we didn't feed him last light (as per internet wisdom) and he's very excited about breakfast this morning, on the plus side he is very obedient when he's hungry...
Where are you going Stevo?
Went to a talk by Doug Scott who was the first to climb Everest via the SW face (along with Dougal Haston), great story and a nice guy, makes me wish I was any good at climbing. Came away with a couple of signed copies of these shots of Dougal taken by Doug:

Working from home as the builder is here to start the bathroom, which was handy as the drain in the street was blocked and flooding. One call to the local council and it's sorted - exceptionally surprised!
Later is dads taxi work0 -

Will then get ready for number 2 of 3 night shifts, hopefully better than last night as server issues crippled the factory. Suspect software upgrade ?? Wouldn't like to explain that away if it's true.
Can you not switch it off and switch it back on again. Never failed me....take your pickelf on your holibobs....

Evening folks,
Working from home today, very dull. Girl managed 4 hours of school which is good. Feels like we've turned a corner, but I've said that before. Boys parents evening tomorrow, so he's being overly nice. Feels odd going to a school parents evening for an 18 year old lump. Last one for him, lucky sod.0 -
