Winter Disc Wheelset <70kg rider?

Hi,
I currently have two bikes:
1) Summer - Boardman 9.8 Disc Endurance with 15mm Front / 12mm Rear Through Axles 160mm 6 Bolt (Boardman Elite 7's)
https://www.boardmanbikes.com/gb_en/pro ... -disc.html
2) Winter - Pinnacle Dolomite 6 with QR 140mm Centre Lock (Alex Draw 1.9s, 32h, double walled)
https://www.evanscycles.com/pinnacle-do ... e-EV244122
I'm looking to purchase a set of winter wheels (£150-£300) that will be an upgrade for the Winter Bike, but can also be used on the Summer Road bike so need to be compatible with both bikes.
I also want to reduce "faffage" when changing them over between bikes (appreciating that I will need a set that have both TA and QR compatibility - discounting the Cosine wheels) so is there any advantage in getting adaptors for the Dolomite so to take 160mm rotors?
Has anyone got any suggestions? My current thoughts are:

Same rims but better components than the Superstar offer for very similar money

I suspect it'll be too much of a faff for you to bother swapping the wheels over to the best bike in the summer if you're switching rotors etc. So I'd agree that getting adaptors to move to 160 would be be worth it.
I have the Dolomite 6 also (best bike) and I swapped to these wheels when you could do the price match to £150 and they come with all the TA QR adaptors. Though that did mean buying new rotors and ditching centrelock.

I have to say that the original dolomite wheels arent' bad, I've put them on my winter bike (Centrelock to 6 bolt adaptor) and they're perfectly fine winter wheels.
Out of curiosity, what mudguards do you use on the Dolomite, and what width tyres? I've found it a tight fit.0 -
The problem with the pacenti sl25 which is not in production any more is that the dt swiss r460 and the kinlin xr22rts (this rim is asymmetric from improved spoke longevity and all round robustness) for less money and you get a rim that is just as good at being a rim, in fact they are better as they are cheaper one of them is asymmetric and the kknlin rim is generally rounder and flatter. Which means you either get a cheaper wheelset or a wheelset for the same money that comes with more things.
The jra wheels are 24 spoke and use cx rays which is fine (i ride on a similar wheelset but with the deeper and stiffer velocity aileron) but my gut instincts tell me this spec is picked to keep the headline weight down but my instincts also tell me the pacenti rims is o.k in 24 spoke form unless you intend to put high miles on them. The low spoke count means a less stiff wheelset which in turn shortens spoke life. For most riders it may not matter though.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0 -

It's still in Pacenti's catalogue... is it not a case of not being imported anymore?
