Handlebar Pack vs Saddlepack

Looking at purchasing an Apidura handlebarpack or saddle pack to be used predominantly for commuting.

Only really need to bring a spare pair of clothes, lunch etc. No laptop or shoes etc.

Which would people recommend?

    I have both for lightweight touring. Neither is completely waterproof so I use dry bags inside. Bar bag is quicker and easier to get on and off, saddlebag doubles as a rear mudguard. Either will do the job.
