Cervelo soloist b/b cable guides needed

Evening all,
Numb nuts here has managed to lose the b/b cable guides and little tear drop shaped cable guide from his aluminum Soloist and I can't find any on the 'net. LBS has been no use either.
Anyone got any they want to sell or anyone know where I can get some?
Whole build has stalled. Because of this sheer incompetence.
