I took a tumble today and hit my head pretty hard. So hard that it took me a few moments to collect my thoughts as they were strewn all over the trail...
There's no visible damage to the helmet, but should I change it anyway?

I've binned a £275 carbon fibre full face downhill helmet after half a days riding before. It's not worth the risk.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -

I wasn't wearing it at the time.
