Got the option to get one of the above for £20 - I don't have anything currently, is this worth it?

    if you use it , its worth it

    It wont offer much in the way of resistance though, so if you are happy just spinning in your highest gear, which is what you might find will happen

    Thanks, I know nothing of these but thought it might be useful when it's p!ssing down and i feel the urge to get some "miles"
