Is this any good? Does it work well if its not raining?

Didn't like it much, breathability was poor, whereas the normal ProTeam jacket is spot on.

I like it a lot, it's far better than the first version. It doesn't breathe as well as the normal pro team jacket but it does have better wind protection, a nice fit, and you never have to carry a rain jacket just in case. I am using for all types of rides without any issues, you just need the right base layers.
