Shimano Hydraulic replacement pads

Hi all, need to replace the pads on my winter bike, running the RS-685 hydraulic di2 brakes.

Will the below pads be suitable from Evans;

I presume just fit and forget

    I think they will fit but they haven't got all the cooling gubbins. You might want to replace the pins as well.
