Tortec Velocity Hybrid Rack

Anyone know what fittings come with the Tortec rack. I'm wanting to fix to a trek 2.1 with 25mm tires and caliper brakes. The frame doesn't have any eyelets for racks anywhere, not sure if I need the P clips and the seatstay rack adapter?
Looking to get the hybrid one as also might get a new bike that will have rack fittings and clearance for wider tires and will be disc brakes (Planet x Tempest or similar) anyone one if I'd wold also need the disc brake mounting kit for the rack?
Finally what be a decent bag/pannier be compatible with the rack I just need one bag to carry clothes and lunch in on the short commute.?

Just seen the Axiom StreamLiner Road DLX Rear Rack goes on brake fitting and through qr on rear axle seem to do two versions disc and non disc, anyone know if the disc version would fit a non disc bike and vice versa?0
