Best beginner bike to buy for around 150 - 200

    A used one.....for proper mountain biking you won't get a bike that performs decently for that money.

    If it's just for rolling on roads and light gravel tracks then you can find something just about worth buying new but you will still get a much better bike used.
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
