Swapping hydraulic road levers

I'm in the process of upgrading my Cannondale synapse disc to Di2

What do I need to swap the levers over in terms of olives etc as have the hydraulic hoses already in place, run internally to the calipers, which don't need changing ?

    Nothing, just swap them over and pump the brake a few times.

    Before disconnecting, take the wheel out and pump the pads out a bit, after reconnecting, push the pads back in and the displaced fluid will carry any air introduced up into the lever reservoir.
    A few quick squeezes and all is normally fine.
    If you don't get full lever feel back, then it's cup time.
