Cosine 23mm disc thru axle conversion. what do I need to buy?

Im considering buying a set of the Cosine 23mm disc wheels for my bike that has a thru axle fork. From what ive sen around the net The conversion to thru axle is possible, but I have not seen how to do it - does anyone know which conversion kit to buy?
UPDATE: I think the front hub is a Novatec d711sb. Can anyone confirm this?
