Hello,

I have been given the opportunity to purchase some 35mm Planet X/Reynolds limited edition carbon clinchers. They say they are made by reynolds which seems good. Anyone had any experience on theses rims or know anything about them?

Cheers

Mate had 50mm Reynolds carbon clinchers which delaminated on a cycling trip with hills. Not his braking technique, seems a common issue with all manufacturers carbin clinchers, but they all deny it and say 'user error'...

  • Have a pair of Reynolds Assault SLG, loved them until I used them in the Pyrenees and the brake surface developed a bulge . . . totally farked and I can't find the receipt . . . never again . . .
Got a place in the Pyrenees.
    Do bike and ski stuff.
