If you are referring to the Congleton, Cheshire based online shop of the Cycle Centre bike shop? I have used them to purchase small items, bottle cages, pump, puncture repair kit, did not have any problems.

Yeah I've bought bits from them in the past, no problems

Bought an Altura Raceline jacket from them last Wednesday. The jacket arrived Friday. Unfortunately it didn't fit (not their fault) so I returned it on Saturday. Just had a refund come through today. Excellent service and would buy from them again

Just ordered the Altura Racelinejacket at a knockdown £35.99 with free postage. Can't go wrong with that.
