    I tend to do Cannock in the week when not on shift when its not to busy. Wkends you tend to get groups of wkend warriors acting like they own the place and the all the gear no idea brigade. Hope you enjoyed it, riding solo has its benefits and also disadvantages.

    I tend to ride Cannock solo on weekends and the odd evening - although with the clock changing I'm not keen on solo night rides.

    The monkey trail in the dark solo would be scary, some muppet a year or so ago hung pumpkins at head height in one of the denser bits. Luckily I was with my mates but still nearly censored myself. Still ride solo local trails but cannock or elsewhere similar with mates only at night.

    rode this weekend with 3 mates, long drive but well worth the four hours plus of driving, great technical routes up and down hill, really enjoyed.
