Anyone knowledgeable able to help me understand what is ACTUALLY the difference in the frames between these two, I'm trying to decide which one to get.

The HI Mod has the " All-New SuperSix EVO BallisTec Hi-Mod Carbon Di2 CompatibleSPEED SAVE PressFit BB30" frame and the standard supersix has "SuperSix EVO BallisTec Carbon SPEED SAVE PressFit BB30".

Any help appreciated.

The frames are mostly the same from what I recall. Same moulds but the Hi-Mod uses a higher grade of carbon and gets internal cable routing. Stiffer and lighter. I couldn't comment on the BB differences.
  • There as good as identical apart from the carbon used.
The Hi-Mod is a little stiffer yet comfier and also a little lighter. You can feel it on the road but I can't tell whether it translates to real world speed.
