Can you get the top 10 individual riders and then the three top nations ?

    Top ten: Sagan, Froome, van Avermaet, Quintana, Chaves for sure. Then maybe Kristoff, Nibali, Contador, Bardet and Bouhanni.

    Countries: Spain, France and Belgium (The ranking favours countries with lots of riders.

    It's madness. Ben Swift gets the same number of points for coming second in MSR as Cavendish got for 4 stage wins in the TdF

    Are we guessing the World Ranking or the World Tour ranking? I was guessing the former. (There are two differences in the top tens)
