I'm currently riding a super 6 evo, looking to get a s works tarmac, I ride a 58cm frame, does anyone know if the geometry is simular? I know the evo has a more horizontal headtube. The main reason for asking is I prefer the look of a slammed stem.

Would the tarmac be slammed on the front too?

    I have a Caad 10 54cm and Tarmac 54.

I have them set up the same but not in a race position and both fit very well. The Tarmac is awesome BTW.

If you slam it then yes, it would be.
  • Checking stack and reach the Tarmac is 7mm higher at the front
    Stack
    584 Evo
    591 Tarmac

    Reach
    399 Evo
    402 Tarmac

Would you not be better making sure the bike fits you and you are comfortable over just slamming the stem for aesthetic reasons?
  • All you needs is 5mm spacer and you're within 3mm height and length wise so you shouldn't have any problems at all.
I doubt anyone can feel 3mm or under difference on the handlebar position.
