Hi. Does anyone have any recommendations for a full finger lightweight glove to warm up / race in? Ideally something with a degree of waterproofing. Cheers

I think the sealskinz gloves are a good fit for that role. I warm up in them and if my hands feel hot after warm up then switch to my skinny gloves. If they are still cold or its wet I race in them as well.

Gloves are one of those bits of kit where I'm always on the lookout for a better solution, so I'm quite interested in other replies to this.
  • I have about 8 pairs of different gloves but the ones i like most are a pair of neoprene diving gloves or a pair of oxford windproof glove liners for motorcyclists. They arent waterproof though. The neoprene are.
