Cannondale CAADX 105 or other?

Hi
I’m looking to buy a new bike in a couple of months for all-round use, mainly short trips in and around town, but hoping to do some longer rides/weekends away, and also rides on gravel/packed cycle trails etc.
I’m considering the CAADX 105 from my lbs for £1099 as this seems to fit the bill, but I’m also quite taken by the ROSE PRO DX CROSS-2000 at around £1200:

or maybe the CROSS PRO RS-2000:
https://www.rosebikes.co.uk/bike/rose-c ... aid:816966
So my question is, are there any advantages to the Rose over the convenience of getting the CAADX locally? I reckon 95% of my riding will be on the road, so is it beneficial that I could spec the Rose with different tires and play about with the gearing choices at purchase?
Are there any other bikes that I should be considering at this price point?
Thanks!

I have a CAADX 105, it's a pretty solid bike. They make these gravel bikes that seem a bit more suited if you ride 95% tarmac. I would suggest buying at your LBS, so get the CAADX or wait for something else to arrive and get a proper bike fit.
Some Gravel/Adveture bikes are Specialized Diverge, Giant Anyroad and Cannondale slate.0
