Best value torque wrench (set)?

As per the title. I'm aware Wiggle do a good value one - anyone know of ones out there that are non-cycling specific and (thus) cheaper whilst still as good?

I'd second the Sealey, it's got proper micrometer settings on it, the Wiggle one seems to have a vague indicating system.
