People just don't work efficiently without breaks and time to rest and refocus. The badge of honour working without breaks and/or only needing a few hours sleep a night is outdated and a recipe for unproductive and uncreative work.

    What job do you do?

You know that Boffin doesn't actually work, right?

He's either on a train, riding into a headwind (through the snow and fog), on holiday, eating or buying coffee.

Holidays seem to be the single, largest part of the above.

Ah I was referring to Kleinstroker, I didn't presume that Boff did anything, every time I've met him he's been on some sort of strong painkiller so I presume he exists in a drug addled fantasy world in head to toe Castelli and Rapha with a beer nearby. I've seen him near a bike before but never actually riding one.

Basils in the alley next to the Windsor pub off Fenchurch Street square is a top notch sandwich place. Also for all the carbs Scarpetta near Cannon Street is great.
  • Tsuru on Queen Street does great Katsu curry and sushi
Round the corner there is Wok Bok next to Sweetings that does a decent chinese and a few noodle dishes that they shall heat for a takeaway.
Is there still the van in Bow Lane next to Planet of the Grapes doing pulled pork wraps etc? They were like pipe bombs!
Fuzzies on Masons Avenue did a great sausage / bacon / egg sarnie for a Friday but by far the best deli I have found in BLT on curtain road - I hear its close now though - anyone know?

Unfortunately my commute has now been shortened to under a mile (4 minutes) and as much as that's beneficial I miss that ride across RP and down the embankment massively.

    Fuzzies closed I think.
The van selling wraps is called Burrito Joe's and certainly still exists!

I also recommend Continental Sandwich Bar next to Reflex, also just off Bow Lane.
