RSP Plummet dropper post

Been looking for reviews on this post but can only find ones for the older style with rubber gaitor. Anyone running the newer style ? Don't want to spend Reverb money so at around £90 it fits my budget .

Only been out once, need to use in our lovely winter for longer review.
Only thing i dont like is that the cable goes up and down with post, bit like my old lev that still going strong on my mates bike.

Cheers wmorgs, my bike is external only so will have to put up with the cable . Be interested how you get on with it .
JBA I have looked at the Giant posts just a bit worried about getting one secondhand as there seem to be a few problems with droppers in general ( not just Giant) just trying to weigh up weather to get a budget RSP new or play secondhand roulette lol0 -
