Slack chain/free wheel problem?

Hi all
I had my free wheel re-greased (?) by my LBS when I had my rear wheel bearings replaced as they said it was dry. Now when I free wheel the chain goes slack and when I pedal off there's nothing there!! I've done 200 odd miles since it was done.
Any ideas? Simple case of taking it back or do I need new parts??
Cheers

Could be they've just put too much thick grease in the freehub and it's gumming up the pawls. Easiest thing is take it off and have a look. Or take it back.I don't do smileys.

?????????? Which one is which, it's the thing that makes a clicky noise when I don't pedal where the cassette fits into the hub0 -
If it has a seperate cassette, it's a freehub.

I don't know. It's a 2013 Specialized Camber. Shop has it now. As they said that they regreased it I'm presuming it's a free hub - which is most common on MTB??0

I think it is a freehub and agree that it is likely to be too much grease around the pawls causing them to gum up. Happens in winter too when the viscosity of the grease increases because of the lower ambient temperature and manifests the same issue even though in summer all was fine.
Cure is to send it back, reduce the amt of grease - you really don't need much or move to the surface of the sun....take your pickelf on your holibobs....
