Rebuilding Kysrium Equipe S rear wheel for a friend

As the title says I am rebuilding with a new rim that was obtained very cheaply.
Unfortunately I concentrated on undoing the very reluctant nipples before realising I hadn't checked what the tensions were.

I have previously rebuilt an Aksium rear wheel and did it by matching the original tension in the rebuild. I use the iPhone Tensioner app to measure the tension.

I was going to use this same tension for the Kysrium as the rims are very similar and the bladed spokes are the same.
The only aspect worrying me is that the DS and NDS spoke lacing is swapped over on the two wheels. The Aksium has a radial NDS and the Kysrium has a radial DS.

Should I reduce it a bit because it's radial DS?
