I don't think that's set in stone. The RR at the weekend was a long out-and-back route but with circuits for the last 100km or so. That would give scope for some good scenery and a City Centre crit mixed in. My guess would be Leeds as the hub.0 -

That would make a lot of sense. You could do a single loop out from Leeds perhaps to take in some of the climbs from the TdF? Then back into Leeds for a loop circuit.0
