Have you ever been tempted to tell a stranger how to wear their helmet properly?

I've been tempted to tell strangers to look over their right shoulder to check it's safe to turn right or overtake stationary buses.
It makes me shudder the amount of people I see who swerve right, in front of traffic without checking. This look has a name in motocycling !?! After a while in becomes second nature to keep checking over your right shoulder .
The last stranger I "told" was one who jumped a red traffic light in busy traffic. She gingerly weaved her way Inbetween the passing cars, it even looked dangerous. Only to make little progress once past the junction, so she didn't save any time. When I caught her up I shouted to her "what's the point? Why don't you just wait like everyone else"? Luckily she wouldn't have been that far from A&E.
So Daily Mail, even some cyclists get annoyed by the retarded mong cyclists out there.
I don't think I'm being anal retentive or being a drama queen. Both cases will lead to a serious accident but easily avoided by simple measures."The Prince of Wales is now the King of France" - Calton Kirby0 -

We came to a level crossing with the barriers down and I said - 'I'll see you soon, sir.' which baffled hime and he said why. I told him that I was the emergency medicine consultant at the hospital and that we had a phenomenal number of patients with catastrophic head injuries from accidents while riding without a helmet. I also explained that he would not remember me because if he was like the others he would be a quadraplegic cabbage for ever.
He got really worried.0 -

of course he did ! ..... if you don't have a helmet, you fall off and smack your head ..... its why I wear a helmet, it stop sme falling off the bike0 -
No, but I have berated a stranger for not wearing gloves on a group ride. His answer was "my dad's a surgeon, he treat's lots of cyclists after accidents and he says it doesn't matter" or something along those lines! What an idjiot!0
