Boardman sizing

Decided I cant wait for a Halfords sale to pick up a cheaper Bizango, so am heading towards the discounted Boardman Comp at £520. However, want to make sure I get the right size reserved (yes I know I should go in for a fitting) but in advance, just wanted a rough guide if I should be securing an 18" or 19". If it doesn't fit, I just wont pay for it, but I want to at least reserve one that will probably fit. I am 1.78 and not particularly "leggy" - say 30-32 inside leg - any ideas whether a 19" is just a bit too large? I know on road bikes its easier to get a smaller frame and then up the seat post, but wasn't sure if the same conventional wisdom applies to MTB?
Size Chart below:
5' 1" - 5' 5" 156 - 167 16"
5' 6" - 5' 8" 170 - 175 18"
5' 10" - 6' 1" 178 - 185 19"
Thanks in advance, especially your patience with a relatively rubbish question!

I'm same height as you but 33 inside leg .
Tried bizango and the boardman.
20 bizango to big so I was 18
Boardman tried 18 and was spot on . I would say you would be 18 at most .
I had same dilemma on the bikes . I decided to buy the bizango with bc discount ( £540 )
But at last minute got a boardman pro 29 new with tags for £590 ;-) (
not from halfords though )

Thanks noste, that is exactly what I needed to hear.
You did well with a boardman pro at that price (was that an eBay find???)! Can bring cost down with BC discount and some topcashback, but still think the 27.5 team is a decent price for the spec...0 -
